Davis Brown named to 2012 BTI Client Service A-Team for Commitment to Client Service
The Davis Brown Law Firm was recently named to the “BTI Client Service A-Team,” as a leader in client service among law firms. This elite ranking was published in BTI Consulting’s 11th annual report, The BTI Client Service A-Team 2012: The Survey of Law Firm Client Service Performance. According to BTI, the BTI Client Service A-Team is the only law firm ranking based solely on direct, unprompted feedback from corporate counsel.
This year’s report was gathered from interviews with 240 corporate counsel to determine how more than 300 law firms perform in 17 specific areas of client service. These interviews revealed Davis Brown delivers better client service than over half of the law firms serving the world's largest clients.
